As a result of continuous growth, we are currently looking for talented and innovative graduates who share our passion for development and manufacturing to join our Graduate Development Programme.

The programme is designed to provide you with the technical knowledge, management experience and interpersonal skills needed to become a future leader of Heathcoat Fabrics. As a result of the programme, the right candidates can be fast tracked into numerous positions including Development Engineers, Business Managers and Production Managers.

Across all departments, you'll discover our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction, whilst dealing with real responsibilities across a variety of challenges from day one. Departments including sales, R&D and manufacturing are all covered within the programme.

You will be offered a support network during the 2-year programme via a mentor and the variety and flexibility of our programme will ensure each graduates learning is suited to the individual and utilises their key strengths throughout.
